Zefyr’s designs can be shipped all around the world. If you are unsure if we ship to your country please contact us.
Costs vary for international shipping, but are free for all orders over $250. You have the option of choosing Express, Registered, and Airmail delivery. Your costs will be calculated upon checkout.
Please note that any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to certain countries are the responsibility of the customer.

At Zefyr we want you to absolutely love what you have bought, and your satisfaction with your purchase is our priority. We understand that sometimes the item may not be the right size, colour, style, or that you simply may not like it.
If that’s the case, we will be happy to exchange the item, provided you contact us within 7 days of receipt of your jewellery. Please make sure your jewellery is unworn and in its original packaging. Please note that for changes of mind we will require you to pay any additional shipping costs.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us using the Returns Process below within 7 days of receipt of your jewellery.
If you have an account with us, please sign in to your account and go to “Completed Orders”. Click on “Return Items” and fill in the form. We will contact you shortly.
If you purchased your item and you don’t have an account, please contact us with your name, invoice number and reason for return, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
